🛠️ Disputes & Escalations

If there’s a problem with a task — whether you're a Client or Tasker — contact us with:

  • Task ID or title

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots or attachments (if relevant)

We’ll investigate and usually respond within 1 business day. If mediation is required, we’ll guide both parties through the resolution process.


⚠️ Report a Problem

Suspect fraud, harassment, or a violation of our rules? Report it immediately.

Use the in-app “Report” button on the user’s profile or email us directly at abuse@getanytask.com with:

  • Username

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting evidence (messages, screenshots)

We take all reports seriously and act quickly.
